All orders unless specified will be made and shipped within 10 business
days. We endeavour to have orders shipped earlier however this allows extra
time around busy periods.
No refunds are offered for change of mind. All purchases are final.
In the event an item is faulty please contact us via email with your order number and a photo of the fault within 7 business days of receiving the item/s.

Care Instructions
The Wild Scrunchies are best washed by hand but can also be put in the washing machine.
Hand Wash -
1 - Fill a bucket with warm water
2- Add fabric detergent and soak for roughly 5 minutes
3- Wash the scrunchies with your hand thoroughly
4 - Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess water
5 - Hang out to dry
Machine Wash -
Cold cycle only in a washing bag on gentle.
Scrunchies are NOT to be put in the dryer.
